Have only had to use the "Protection" plan twice over the years but was simple with no haggling over what was and was not covered.

I wouldn't buy modern electronics without a protection plan. Only had to take one item back in for trouble shooting but there is too much that can go wrong with delicate systems

Gives me the peace of mind when I buy this protection. Would rather have it and not need it than need it and not having it.

It's sometimes' said that money can't buy happiness...True,true..However it can rent it...Few things run as well as a Best Buy store,having been in them in Los Angeles and San Diego,as well..They are consistent in visible store functioning..Clean,bright,honest and consistent employees,Not to mention they they have all been articulate,too.Amazing,Best Buy

Easy to claim in store, no questions asked and full replacements. Glad I bought it.

Gives me longer times to review tech items and decide if they are for me. Saves me money when devices have issues within first two years.

Can't have enough protection, especially when dealing with a teenager using it. Also, never know when electronics will break.

I purchased this plan with a C8. The TV was great, but ended up with DSE and burn in. I called total tech, they came out and determined it was cheaper to replace. I added some more $ and got a QD-OLED

I am so thankful the Best Buy protection plan is an option. I purchase all of my electronics through Best Buy and it never fails to purchase the protection plan. I am a TotalTech member and can't imagine not having Best Buy and Geek Squad by my side when my items go haywire. Thanks guys and gals!

This is a great accessory to your playstation. The sound is very good and has a good fit. Only thing is I wish it was louder.

I have Bestbuy protection on all my devices for over 4 years. It’s a must have, I had to use it in limited occasions but BestBuy made the occasion smooth and easy. I will recommend this protection to anyone who buys frequently from Bestbuy.

I like the service on the TotalTech, but not happy with the upcoming changes. Not sure if I will continue The 5 stars is the current service, not the future. Will say "NO" for recommending, as the service will be changing. Cost is high, but services will be taken away.
