Vanessa provided excellent customer service. Something very rare to find in many retail stores today. I wouldn't be surprised if she was promoted to manager soon. She genuinely loves her job, and makes customers feel at home when she's assisting us.

Features 360 sound sounds great. Has a little hard time when it disconnects from your computer but overall is really really nice.

I strongly recommend it if you are frequent BB shopper like me or buying big appliances, etc.

We buy all our tech from Best Buy now instead of Amazon, etc... This protection plan is a big reason why as well as the extended return times and Apple Care on Apple products.
