I am a best buy total member and i value the protection plan they offer, it covers for an extended period and when i tell you if your electronics crap out two days before your plan ends they WILL cover you. A store credit of the entire amount you paid at that time or a replacement of equal technology and if they can't find equal technology you get the credit. Or if it breaks and it can be repaired they WILL fix it. Worth the ease of mind.

But when we did have to use it, it was really simple to use and protected our purchases. It was as simple as bringing the (PlayStation) to the cashier in-store and walking out with a replacement. This Bose headset is amazing. I also have a high end head set from the Apple and there is no comparison. Those Beats have had to be replaced with AppleCare twice in the span of 11 months. I hardly even used them, they fell apart both times in the folding aperatice, and in the speakers noise canceling feature. The sound is wow.

I left a review on google as well for the outstanding service i received. I'm super happy with the geek squad at this location. My pc was running hot. I purchased an aio pump cooler kraken 120 to install myself, which I quickly realized I had no business doing. Took it to geek squad mon night found out that cooler wouldn't fit. They got me the right cooler/case for my needs and still had it finished by Weds night. Before, my pc was hitting 100°c running premiere pro, playing battlefield, and even minecraft with high-resolution texture packs. Last night, I loaded the cpu trying to get it hot and couldn't get it above 45°c.. wow I couldn't be happier. Special thanks to Iran, the service you provided, and the extra time you took to help look up parts and explain the issues. Thank you, Mahommed, for the service/ communication and for doing such a clean job on my pc. I will definitely be taking my cpu there for future upgrades/repairs and would absolutely recommend their services to friends and family.

I was surprised and amazed the plan covered all my purchases.

I’m back in team Best Buy with their total membership. Every major electronic product I buy automatically comes with two years of warranty, including AppleCare. No need to get extended warranties from the manufacturer. Just bring it back to Best Buy and they’ll either try to fix it or replace it. I take good care of my items, but in the case of a damage, I have peace of mind. The total membership also lets me retroactively check the pricing so I don’t have to wait for a sale if I need the product now just put a reminder to keep track on the pricing or promotions.

I purchase alot of things from Bestbuy and have the credit card. This extra protection just adds another layer for Bestbuy enthusiasts to give them more perks if you shop here a lot. I don’t regret anything for the peace of mind you get. Bestbuy associates also love seeing your a complete member. The interactions with them is better knowing your part of the ecosystem

If you shop a lot with Bestbuy, this is a piece of mind you wont regret. Having a warranty for electronics is almost a must. Under this everything you buy is covered. No need for multiple warranties to find and sort between, this is all encompassing, easy to find in one place for all your purchases. They also have pretty decent member only sales for things.

That's by production is the greatest investment as we have a lot of electronics in the house that we buy from Best Buy and it covers most if not all of them when an Xbox remote starts acting up or not working correctly as long as it's within the time frame we can return it and get a new one for the same price
