Bought speaker its is ok but not very loud and soud is not balanced bass sound more like twitters

Actually love the sound and comfort but the leather on the head band that holds a bar of foam for top of your head just came undone. It's like the glue or however it was fastened just came undone without much of any force. It renders it near unusable.

Sound is good, but I expected it to be a bit louder than it is.

It sat there syncing for an hour. Suddenly I got a badge for weight loss. 60 pounds in 3 minutes. It is so dimly lit you can’t read it. No you can’t adjust the brightness. Back to my trusty Apple Watch! Let’s face it, Apple owns THIS market too. #BIGOLTERD

We call Dustin “Bob” and he lives in my 5th/6th grade classroom and his shift begins each afternoon. He does pretty well navigating desks and other furniture. As we’ve grown to understand Bob’s personality and quirks, we get along quite well. Other than having a bag to replace instead of a base to empty out, he has been a great addition to the team.

If you buy anything from Best Buy, this is almost a must-have plan. I've had the misfortune of devices failing after a year or more, and it has saved me far more than it costs year after year. It used to cost less, but it's still worth it after the increased price. If they don't repair the item in-house, which would be fine with me, they will issue a refund on a gift card for your purchase price, less a deductible ($50 in my case recently). It was no hassle, and the Best Buy team was friendly and took care of it in mere minutes. I've been a long-time member, and I will continue to be as long as there's a Best Buy near me. By the way, if an Apple product is purchased from Best Buy, the coverage is actually AppleCare, which I prefer. After two years of protection, they even give you the option of continuing protection for a mere nominal monthly fee—even with AppleCare. AppleCare alone has saved me several thousands over the years, and I wouldn't buy an Apple product without it, so buying an Apple product on sale from Best Buy, with AppleCare included at no additional cost, is a no-brainer.

I really do love having this protection package. If you’re someone who buys Allentown things in a two year span it’s well worth the money! I buy everything from best buy! They are fair when products have issues I can always count on someone having the knowledge about a product, plenty of locations, pick up options and fast shipping. Even if there’s something they cannot price match chances are it’s only a few bucks off but nothing and no where matches best buy’s protection plans but especially this one! I didn’t even have to buy apple care for apple products purchased from best buy! It’s all covered under this membership!

Total Tech 2 year automatic Protection Plan has been great - so far anything that has had issues within in the 2 year period Best Buy has taken care of it and replaced the item. You also have the option to extend the warranty after the 2 years through a monthly subscription - Only thing I would like is an option to extend the warranty for 1-3 years instead of just monthly.
