I always get great service when I call in about a product or go in store with issues or concerns. Fast repairs or replacement. Or even telle of I'm using something incorrectly.

Like the idea would recommend it have used it have talked to service people. They’re very friendly and nice and I wish you all a happy holiday. I don’t know what else to say. I hope I have filled out my 50 characters.

So far I've only used the extended return feature and received a few discounted prices. But over all it is a great program and all my important electronics are covered!

I know that in hard times. Bestbuy has my back with the Protection plan

I like having the items that I purchased cover just in case they don't perform or something going wrong with them.

Hi I absolutely love all the advantages of the Monthly Best Buy Protection (up to 24 mo.) I have been able to take my sons laptop to get Total Tech help with putting in a extra hard drive in his new Asus Laptop. I like knowing items I buy from Buy are protected with a Warranty thanks to being a member of Total Tech.

This is a great protection plan to have especially if you want to keep your devices covered. I have kids so things get damaged. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because changes are made to these plans without being able to opt out. You can't grandfather in to previous plans. Overall its a good plan to have and pay full amount for something that was accidentally damaged.

This product has overall helped me and my family be certain that we will end up with a faulty item, this plan is 100% worth it I have referred it too many of my friend and family

They took care of me all the way when i had a claim they didn’t ask questions, they just told me to look for another item and they will replace it and that’s what happened, my controller fell from 3 floors and they took care of it !

This Protection Plan lets me make purchases with confidence. Everything is covered with ZERO hassles. It's actually THE best thing I've ever bought at the blue box store! You can get stuff anywhere. With Best Buy's Protection Plan, I know they have my back, whatever.

Probably the best $200 you can spend. You get extra protection on BB purchases and you get free mounting if you buy TVs at BB. If you just need a TV you didn't buy at BB or one you bought a year or so ago from BB, they will still mount it for 20% discount.

I really like the Total Tech Service Best Buy is offering. It includes Apple iCare and provides other service like installation and repairs. Seems relatively affordable. Haven’t had to take anything in for repair yet but find comfort in the fact that we have this coverage in the event we do need a repair.

Be nice to win that $400 to pay off some of this stuff I keep buying . and All these protection plans. Thank goodness for Total Tech!! we'll see if the reviews are reALLY WORTH IT!

I have used the protection plan as my 1st computer was defective. also I have needed the geek Squad to fine tune all the features and get everything on my new computer from my old one.
