I love it. I have used it for years, and I get great service. I also get a 2 year warranty on all of the electronic equipment, that I purchase through Best Buy. Beats Amazon, hands down.

I would suggest this plan if you are going to buy refrigerators. Microwaves TV just general electronics. Because it saves you so much on the warranty and delivery. The warranty is through Best Buy, not a third party.
