These earbuds have almost all the features of the xm5 with out the price. Great sound quality and fit is amazing. Not a full 5 stars because battery life could be much better. Get about 4hrs max

Very good headset good price. But the ones I want to get is the steels pro. I hear they are the best for gaming. But the price is a little high.

I have this plan as a Total/Total Tech member and it is absolutely worth it for the added piece of mind. It was very helpful recently when my Ice Maker stopped working and I was able to get store credit to apply towards a new one.

Glad I have coverage on all of my products thanks to the My Best Buy Total Plan. It really comes in handy and I save on Protection Plans.

I haven’t used the protection plan on anything yet. I tried on a vacuum but I haven’t brought it to geek squad yet . Hope it works out.

At first I wasn't too crazy about this new protection program. But when you buy most of your major electronic products at Best Buy anyway, and you buy the extended warranty as well, it makes it even more cost effective with it's single flat pricing for ALL products you buy within that 2 year plan.

Have always bought the plan even before I signed up for the membership. Great value then and now.

I had to use my protection within the first week of getting my product and was able to take it right back to Best Buy and get a brand new one, no questions asked.

How could you pass this up when things are so expensive! You gotta get it plus the process in store is so simple and easy if you do need to make a claim

All i can say is bestbuy is spot on in services and products always something on sell to buy

I like having the items that I purchased cover just in case they don't perform or something going wrong with them.
