The geek squad protection is amazing. We had so.e issues with an item, we didnt have to fight with the Company, we just brought it back to Bestbuy and they refunded out money, no questions asked!!!

Its easy to have this plan especially when I buy a lot of Electronics. Easy to return things and if something happens to a product or you open it and its damaged its easy to just walk in and get it replaced.

One of the best ways to protect your Best Buy purchases. The GEEK Squad has dealt with problems that have come up and they have transferred my info from one pc to another, allowing me to "retire" the older one. Excellent service personnel with the knowledge and expertise to deal with all of my problems.

These work great!!! I purchased them for my preteens. They have used them at home, on trips, and underwater (in the protective cases). The cameras are pretty durable. They have been dropped. One even got hand sanitizer all over and we were not aware of it for hours.

So far this is proving to be a wise purchase I have purchased two items since I purchased the laptop

comes with 24 months total protection as a member of best buy total support. I did not have to use it yet and hopefully I will not need to.

This warranty is very good to have it's called a total Tech membership and the representatives at Best Buy take care of you to their full capabilities they are very good with customer service and I would definitely recommend
