I was hesitant at first as I don't live for tech like my twenty something son but do rely on it more than I realized with work related connectivity and typical home oriented bills and upkeep. If you take a look at the tech related products you buy throughout the year and the value of having a single source "have your back" when it comes to all the different manufacturers and their many claims, Best Buy's added insurance at their cost can definitely end up being a cost saving when products don't measure up to their claims. If you have to send it back to the manufacturer, forget it, no body does that but if you can go into a local (or any store) and demonstrate the issue and get an immediate refund or replacement, that will serve you well.

I purchased Best Buy Geek Squad Protection along with my Nitro ED340CUR Gaming Monitor (34", 1500R Curved, QHD, 200Hz, 1ms, FreeSync Premium), and honestly, it gave me a great deal of peace of mind. Since it is an expensive, curved gaming monitor, I feel it is well worth having extra coverage for any potential malfunctions, dead pixels, image issues, or damage caused by power surges.

Bought this plan when I broke the touch screen on a Dell Computer I purchased several months earlier. Of course, the purchase was after the fact, so my breakage wasn't covered, but I also owned several other computers and phones, so now all my equipment is covered. I have used it several times since, and the "Geek Squad" guys have helped me sort out several tech problems, too. Glad I purchased it. No service hassles, just quick and professional service. I recommend it

I have been a happy Best Buy Total Tech Member for years. I “officially” used it once and I was so impressed with the care that I received from The Geek Squad! At that time, I thought I was asking for a simple upgrade, but as it turned out, what I wanted and got was a very detailed and time consuming project. I have been extremely satisfied since the intelligent completion and successful action that was requested by me. The Geek Squad Professional used his skills and determination to do this job in my home! I want to stress that the project was requested by me, but after seeing the Geek Squad’s amazing perfection, determination and time, I realized that it would not have been required, simply requested by me! I am so Grateful and Impressed. There would be No worries AT ALL or EVER for Total Tech Members. Amazement!

I’m glad I added the Best Buy Protection plan to my purchase. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m covered if anything goes wrong. The process was easy, and customer service was helpful when I had questions. For the price, it’s definitely worth it, especially for more expensive items. I really do love having this protection package. If you’re someone who buys Allentown things in a two year span it’s well worth the money! I buy everything from best buy! They are fair when products have issues I can always count on someone having the knowledge about a product, plenty of locations, pick up options and fast shipping. Even if there’s something they cannot price match chances are it’s only a few bucks off but nothing and no where matches best buy’s protection plans but especially this one! I didn’t even have to buy apple care for apple products purchased from best buy! It’s all covered under this membership!

Love how easy it is to file a claim. Though i do prefer going in person. Often have a hard time finding the time to go in due to work. Being able to file the claim online is a big help and helps that it is super quick and easy. Nice to not have to worry about fixing my best buy products elsewhere.

After testing different open ear headphones, even some of the same brand, I fell in love with the Open Run Pro 2. The spund quality is great and they are comfortable. Others who are individuals for left and right ear, like the OpenFit from the same company,for the have the sound quality but lack positioning, so the sound is not as crisp and lack bass. Personally, I purchased Open Run Pro fo 2 for my child and for my grandma.

My apartment was always dusty, and my allergies were particularly bad. I was having dizzy spells and not sleeping well. I bought two of these and put one in the living room and one in the bedroom. My allergies have improved. I no longer have dizzy spells, and I am sleeping better after only two weeks. They are so quiet I forget they are there. They are easy to set up and control from the app. You can turn the lighting off so it doesn't bother you in the bedroom. It is compatible with Alexa and Siri.

Great for true gamers that enjoy precision and sharpness in game play, there’s no stick drift or any slow movement I have this Razer for my Xbox controller and I recommended them to several of my gaming friends

Honestly best membership as long as you have the subscription active. Extra warranty time frame, get your item fixed or completely replaced and have access to geek squad for any electronic needs even if they are not from Best Buy.

It covers pretty much everything that would stress me out, like accidental drops or spills, which you definitely don't get with the standard manufacturer warranty. Knowing that I can just bring it back to Best Buy if something goes sideways instead of dealing with long shipping times for repairs is a huge relief. If you’re rough on your tech or just want to be safe, I’d definitely suggest adding this.

Total Tech 2 year automatic Protection Plan has been great - so far anything that has had issues within in the 2 year period Best Buy has taken care of it and replaced the item. You also have the option to extend the warranty after the 2 years through a monthly subscription - Only thing I would like is an option to extend the warranty for 1-3 years instead of just monthly.

The Best Buy Total membership is a game changer. It's gives you peace of mind for all/most of your electronic devices you purchase from Best Buy. It's a pretty big yearly subscription, but if you buy a lot of stuff from Best Buy it's worth it.
