About a year in and I don’t think I’d be switching, noise canceling definitely helps, however, after a little bit of a year, my left ear it’s starting to not connect right, I don’t know what could be but around solid product. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking to switch over from over to the ear to in ear.

It’s a good thing for sure I enjoyed the service but it’s just super expensive for people and myself so I didn’t re purchase again. I would love it but to much now if someone can lower price or help I will get it. I have a lot of stuff from them

Was introduced into the Best Buy Total Member Program which automatically included 24 months of insurance and anything i buy from Best Buy. The insurance at Best Buy has been A+! Never had an issue claming a warranty on any product. Broke my Go Pro and was given a Gift Card in store that paid for the replacement. Nice and simple. Easy recommendation!

Geek SQUAD!!! Bro honestly I have no clue what state I was in probably Beaumont, Texas or Baton Rouge, Louisiana. That’s completely beside the point. Where ever I went the service was the most prestigious! Extremely welcoming, very polite, and satisfying in every area. I had a problem with my Samsung Z Fold 5 and I thought I lost all of my data in my device. That wasn’t the issue once one of the Geek Squad members took my phone into their care. With fast servicing along with a great conversation everything worked out for my good, left with a grand smile and I gained a friend. Thank you so much for your support it truly means a bunch.

Have never really had to use it. But it gives us peace of mind. Services that we have received from the "Geek Squad" have always been great. Once you introduce your need they stay with you until the problem is fixed!

It literally is best plan available. You dont even have to buy something from best buy for them to honor a broken electronic. My ancient toshiba laptop crashed out. Took it to geek squad came back only 2 days later. They replaced battery, and fixed my software and i only paid for the gas to get to the store.

Getting Best Buy Total plus was the best decision we could of ever made. Gives us more time to return/exhange if we need it. An we've had to a few times and it was hassle free, no questions asked! Also love all the perks it comes with!

The total membership smashes!!! It has saved me all the scarcb. And freecreturns on select purchases means I get to test drive big screens and get a new one every 3 months. Shot the will even come pick it up and hand the new one,

When my "smart" phone got too smart for me the Geek squad saved me. The young technician was professional as he quickly sorted out and corrected the issues that bogged down my phone. What a relief to help this senior lady from having to call her techie son-in-law for help. Also kept me from calling a "foreign" number and eaiting on hold for hours. It was so easy to make an in person appointment at my local Best Buy store. The Geek did not scold me for playing one too many games or opening a suspicious website. In about 10 minutes he had it all corrected. So glad to have this service and highly recommend it to you.

I really like the Best Buy total protection. It’s really nice that you can link it with a card and then it’s always taken care of. It covers everything that you buy. They’re very nice. They’re very polite to help you get it done.

The monthly Best Buy Protection is easy to add and gives peace of mind in case something goes wrong. Setup was straightforward, pricing is reasonable, and it’s nice knowing repairs or replacements are covered without hassle. Worth it for expensive gear.

I have had this headset for over 2 years. I have been overall happy with this headset. It is heavy and took a but to get used to. It seems to lose the voice chat/game volume setting setting from time to time. To fix this you must open the app and readjust. The sound is great! With the benefit of an graphic equalizer in the app. This headset will get LOUD i have only used turtle beach headsets since i started gaming in 2010. This model is well made, shows very little signs of aging and no damage. The headband is metal . Well made i think. Expensive but worth it, in my opinion.

The folks supporting the BB Protection are above board! The service was superb! I needed technical information and they spoke of personal experience as well technical specific information.
