Totally worth the money! We have had several computers worked on in our home, wiped clean, software reinstalled and data placed safely on an external hard drive. This plan has saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars so far. Must have paid for itself at least 10 times over.

I have had this service for years. This gives me peace of mind, when one of my electronics decide not to work or work properly. I received great service when my computer decided it had a mind of its own. They helped get me back in business. I don't like the appointment scheduling.

Best protection for your devices and services in the business!

I’ve had the BB protection plan for several years. It has more than paid for itself with money saved on repairs over those years.

Got for my son he absolutely loves them he uses them for call of duty and for listening to music. The down fall is the noise cancelling works so I have to yell to get him to hear me. Or that could be because he is 13

I love their protection program. Quick and easy. Never have to worry about a hassle just go in and talk to them. Tell them you bought the protection plan and they will take care of you easy.

I've saved so much money with this membership. If you have electronics in your house this is a must have and it's really priced fair

I have had Best Buy protection for several years now. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it when you need it! Their Geek Squad is usually pretty good and very knowledgeable about laptops, phones and other electronics. It’s like having your own repair shop on call! I just wish they would come to you!!

Love the protection! Was able to take in a computer and 2 chromebooks and get service on them. Would have been so much more had we not had the protection plan. Thanks a million!
