As a platinum/ Elite Best Buy customer Total Tech is a must. In addition to the discounts, the protections have saved hundreds of dollars this month. I have an issue with the dryer recently purchased and that was repaired without issue no worries.

What else is there to say!? It comes for free as long as you are a paying total tech member. Having the additional coverage is nice. i just hope best buy honors it and corrects any issues if something breaks. :)
