I have had Best Buy protection for several years now. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it when you need it! Their Geek Squad is usually pretty good and very knowledgeable about laptops, phones and other electronics. It’s like having your own repair shop on call! I just wish they would come to you!!

I like how if there is an issue they actually listen and resolve it. Price match guarantee is amazing and extended returns are great.

Great mouse, comfortable, smooth and sleek. Only reason gave it 4/5 is due to the software not updating my mouse setting on startup not sure why I have to go into the app every time to adjust, but other than that mouse if phenomenal.

As a platinum/ Elite Best Buy customer Total Tech is a must. In addition to the discounts, the protections have saved hundreds of dollars this month. I have an issue with the dryer recently purchased and that was repaired without issue no worries.
