Sony TV - solved the speaker, HDMI cord malfunction from the brain of the Sony which was bust. They ascertained the problem and solved our problem quickly. Great service.

What else is there to say!? It comes for free as long as you are a paying total tech member. Having the additional coverage is nice. i just hope best buy honors it and corrects any issues if something breaks. :)

Extended protection for an expensive item is a win-win situation. You never know when an unexpected accident may happen. Hope I don't have to use it!
