I love my Total Tech support & my Webroot protection. When the tech's come out to help me they are amazing. They never leave without things are completely taken care of & working or scheduled to be fixed if it is outside on the pole.

Plan has been great to have as a back up to fixing "problems" Actually the only protection plan I have ever purchased.

Great customer service when something goes wrong with an item you purchased. I just wish the service plan was longer than 24 months. $200 a year isn’t much but if you don’t renew every year then you loose your protection when this service used to be included for free at bestbuy. I miss that awesome service. It really put Best Buy university the rest.

I feel like stuff like this works better when you talk to someone in person. The people over the phone are sometimes hard to understand.

It’s to bad you need a protection plan but these covers all products bought at Best Buy for 2 years, i actual liked the other program where you could choose 1-5 protection for a price.

Well worth the $179. a year. Save on products with special discounts, extended warranties, and free shipping are all part of it! Will definitely renew next year.

This really is a BEST BUY! Extended warranty’s and discounts can’t be beat. Why would u buy your appliances anywhere else? There is NO reason now to buy elsewhere. Great job Best Buy!

Peace of mind! Buying electronics can be worrisome. Bestbuy takes care of your stress with this plan. At first sounds like another expense but is worthy.

I like having peace of mind when I purchase new things the BBY protection plan does just that!
