    My experience with the protection plans have all been positive when I have had to use them, but I received an email saying terms were changing, so I'm not sure how it is now, since I have not used it since the change.

    Best buy's total protection program is fantastic, between discounts on mounting hardware and installation and extra attention when you have a technical problem it's well worth the money.

    Best part of purchasers products from Best Buy and being a Total Tech member it affords the opportunity to have peace of mind with the 24 month protection on those same products.

    Best buy warranty saves the holidays. Never buy expensive handheld items without it. Xbox controller got crushed in a suitcase but swapped it out no problem.

    I love Best Buy's Geek Squad protection! I feel much better having that extra layer of protection when purchasing expensive items! It's nice to be able to bring something to the store or have them come out instead of figuring out how to get something to the manufacture!
