Great product for protection. On some items, it's dumb to not add it. If the item is wearable, then you'll end up dropping it, which means that eventually it will break. This is a no brainer.

Although ive had my misunderstanding with some bestbuy employees, the only Best buy located in Port Arthur Texas has always helped me in every possible way. For that i thank that team.

It’s a good thing for sure I enjoyed the service but it’s just super expensive for people and myself so I didn’t re purchase again. I would love it but to much now if someone can lower price or help I will get it. I have a lot of stuff from them

What I really like about this protection plan is how easy it is. No complicated forms, no arguing with customer service—just straightforward coverage. I have enjoed my Total membership so much over the years that I have constantly referred others to take the same advantage and headache relief. We now have three in our family.

I run the unit on auto mode and monitor it through the app. So far, air feels pretty clean. App says air quality is excellent. So quiet on the lower fan speeds. You hear it on the high speed. Wasn't thinking it was doing much until I was frying on the stove - unit automatically went to high mode to clear the air. Unit is lightweight. Recommend placing it where air can circulate around it. I have this unit in my living room near the kitchen. Have not replaced filter yet, but it's been running on auto for two months now and the filter life is still strong (but tbh it hasn't been working too hard, air is kept clean). Sometimes when I run the air fryer the air quality dips and this unit takes care of it! Can clear smells fairly fast. Cooking fish, it cleaned air in about 30 minutes. I did check my sq. footage to make sure I was buying the correct Blueair model. Overall pleased with the product! I originally bought this for allergies, and I think it is helping. Eye opener on how the air quality dips when using some kitchen appliances.

I am in the automotive industry and see people without warranties get burnt all the time. I would not be without one. This plan made it easy to cover all of my Best Buy purchases. Love the ease of it!

I have to use my protection plan when my s24 ultra began having cellular issues almost a year and a half later, and apart from a deductible I needed to pay, I was going to receive a completely new phone. Granted, it was going to be the same model but if for $100 I'm able to get a complete replacement, that's worth every penny especially as a total tech member. On top of that, Best buy was going to give me an entire month to do a data transfer before shipping out the old phone. You really can't beat that sort of security

I have had this headset for over 2 years. I have been overall happy with this headset. It is heavy and took a but to get used to. It seems to lose the voice chat/game volume setting setting from time to time. To fix this you must open the app and readjust. The sound is great! With the benefit of an graphic equalizer in the app. This headset will get LOUD i have only used turtle beach headsets since i started gaming in 2010. This model is well made, shows very little signs of aging and no damage. The headband is metal . Well made i think. Expensive but worth it, in my opinion.

I've been getting the protection on important items since before there was the Total Membership, especially on important items. It is also why I prefer Best Buy for buying tech. I highly recommend it.

Have never really had to use it. But it gives us peace of mind. Services that we have received from the "Geek Squad" have always been great. Once you introduce your need they stay with you until the problem is fixed!

Getting Best Buy Total plus was the best decision we could of ever made. Gives us more time to return/exhange if we need it. An we've had to a few times and it was hassle free, no questions asked! Also love all the perks it comes with!

The total membership smashes!!! It has saved me all the scarcb. And freecreturns on select purchases means I get to test drive big screens and get a new one every 3 months. Shot the will even come pick it up and hand the new one,

I don’t know what I would do without my Best Buy protection plan. It’s always nice to know that I have a warranty for a longer duration of time. If your luck is anything like mine anything could go wrong. So having that protection even if I may not need it helps put me at ease. Plus you have all the other added perks aside from a longer warranty duration.
