I have to say, the Best Buy Protection Plan has been one of the best add-ons I’ve ever purchased. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that my electronics are covered in case anything unexpected happens. Whether it’s accidental damage, hardware failure, or just general wear and tear, Best Buy really stands behind their coverage.

Best Buy in my opinion comes above everyone else because they actually care about any issues you have and will find the solution and make you happy.

The protection plan works great if you like gadgets like me. It pays for itself. I've had a few items that didn't last very long beyond the manufacturer's warranty. I also like the return policy of the protection plan.

I love it if i didnt have it my sons computer i had worked on would had cost me a fortune but it saved me so much money because it covers them places everything free instead buying one part cost 100 to put it in

It’s always good to have a protection fly into your seems to be a fair amount of time. Be nice of those five years but you know how the old system goes.

Peace of mind! That is what you get when you are protected by the Best Buy Protection. I didn't purchase it on my last big purchase and ended up regretting it!

Why wouldn't you purchase this. Even if you have no problems with items purchased you can always take your PC, Laptop or Tablet in for a tune up (check for pricing if not bought at Best Buy). I've even had external hard drives repaired. And the other items, they have been fantastic with.

Best Buy Protection made a stressful situation easy. My laptop developed a hardware issue and the claim process was incredibly simple. The team walked me through everything and the repair was finished sooner than expected. Five-star experience.

This protection plan for me has more than paid for itself. The Geek squad and the employees at Best Buy, have been wonderful to deal with. They are knowledgable and very helpful. Never felt like they were trying to sell me something on the contrary they seem to care about what your needs are. If you are needing to buy appliances, computers and or need help with installation, free installation of new appliances, instructions or fixing something, this is a great Protection plan.
