    1st clerk try to help but didn’t figure out , but then the supervisor lady make me understand and fix my concern and make my son happy, that’s what is true customer service is

    When it comes to technology it's best to have a protection plan from the store that sold the merchandise. It gives peace of mind knowing that if technology doesn't work as it should you can get support close by.

    Best buy's total protection program is fantastic, between discounts on mounting hardware and installation and extra attention when you have a technical problem it's well worth the money.

    This protection plan comes with WAY more benefits that i was led on to believe. Please dont over loom this plan! One of the best on the market

    Well worth the $179. a year. Save on products with special discounts, extended warranties, and free shipping are all part of it! Will definitely renew next year.

    Awesome headphones. I did start sweating a little bit after about 15 minutes of wearing them. Went ahead and purchase some covers for the pad to prevent the sweating and keep them clean!
