I live by this protection plan!! If you have children, please by the protection plan. The games will break and the manufacturer will not cover it. The games cost too much not to ensure. I’d rather pay a small deductible than the entire price to replace a game.

I like the fact u can keep track of your weight on your phone but my blood pressure cuff doesnt work with it so that was dissapointing

I really loved my total tech until they took away the free installation and free removal of the old products. Now the extra year on the warranty is nice but not that great of a deal.

Best buy warranty saves the holidays. Never buy expensive handheld items without it. Xbox controller got crushed in a suitcase but swapped it out no problem.

The protection plan is something I'd definitely recommend if you need service have questions or just need support it's just a phone call or email away or stop into the store the Geek Squad has always been there for me and always took care of my issue

Best Buy protection has always been a very handy thing to have and they have always been very understanding and accomeating when it comes to returns or replacements for faulty/broken products

I think it’s pretty amazing that I get up to 2 years additional protection at no cost thanks to Best Buy total. If anything goes wrong, I can exchange my product with no hassle.

This product is always there in case I need the protection. I have used it a few times and the items have been fix or replaced.

Takes a while to heat up, but this thing does great job. Even heat and easy to clean.

Always get the protection plan, best buy has great service and having a protection plan assures best way to keep your products taken care of in event of a break down.
