I really like the Best Buy protection plan, it's just simple. The monthly one comes with the Total Tech membership which is good if you shop often at bestbuy. otherwise just buy the 1yr or 2yr plan directly.

Controller feels good with the rubber grips paddles and trigger stops perform well and are responsive overall good controller if you want hair triggers and mappable paddles.

They had some issues with the carpet cleaner not functioning as expected, but the exchange process was exceptionally smooth and hassle-free.
