    Awesome service, I’ve used it twice so far and the customer service was great. They were very helpful, courteous, and wanted to help any way they could. I have it on everything set buy from here now

    The cost of the Best Buy membership is less than one device, one apple care purchase. The benefits are huge and the deals you get can easily pay the cost for a year.

    Absolutely love the protection. I have had equipment fail 2 years into my purchase and Best buy will refund my money or replace the product. You can't afford not to get this.

    The protection plans exceed the supplementary plans that the companies endorse. With the Best Buy structure, it makes sense to purchase it.

    I hope Best Buy keeps going. I don’t know where in Indiana i wouod go to buy electronics. Its difficult buying high end TVs / soundbars / etc without seeing the item in person.

    Nice to have plan included with Best Buy membership for 24 months. Had to use it once on a tv, so glad it was no hassle replacing the defective TV.

    Very helpful to me since I am not tech savvy. Inatallation of programs by the Geek squad in my laptop and desk top well worth the fee. I plan to buy a new TV and the installation will be free. I was told.
