Best Buy Protection is the best choice we have made with up to 24 months - this alone pays for the annual fee. I highly recommend purchasing Total Tech whenever you make a electronic, etc purchase.

Glad we got some protection for some products! I have had to get some things repaired/replace through them and found it easy.

I have used the protection plan and found it worthwhile but not overwhelmingly so. On one occasion only part of the requested service was completed and it wasn't worth the extra time needed to re-submit my laptop for the rest of the service. On the next occasion of using the service the requested tasks were completed well. Beyond that, I'd only say the current price provides OK - but not great - value.

Having been very disappointed by some product and devices that are very complicated to set-up this Protection is the only way to be sure you will get accurate honest advice and help to get the best from your device.

Warranty plan is a good purchase. Not always something used but when things great it’s good.
