Used this total/tech membership for a repair on an older computer. The young lady who helped me was VERY knowledgeable and replaced the hard drive and computer is doing fine now! Cheaper than a new computer!

Very nice. A little bit expensive but worth it. Knowing the the joysticks can be replaced is reassuring since this is why I needed to buy a new controller...

Great benefits, had to use it for a very large and expensive TV, a few hoops to jump through but definable worth the cost.

Money well spent if you use it often. Getting a computer looked at is like $100 to start, so do the math. At least you know if something you buy used or open box is legit.

Worth the prize. Just hoping I wouldn’t get to use it.
