I believe there is a group of consumers with a very specific set of needs from their earbuds that differs from what the majority look for in earbuds. From my experience, these fit that need. I don't care about having the highest audio quality or best active noise cancellation. I don't need those features from my earbuds. I use my earbuds at work, where I need to be hands-free to take a call, but need to hear what's going on around me. AirPods Pro have the best transparency earbuds can offer, hands down. But if you do not like Apple products, or use an Android phone, these are a viable substitute. I don't know why a good transparency mode is hard for other earbuds to emulate. I tried several pairs of high-end earbuds and all of them still made me feel like my ear was plugged and I was talking to myself underwater with transparency mode on. I do not get any of that with these. It's not like you're really compromising that much on features. Music still sounds fine if you're not an audiophile, and they have a lot of customization features within the app, which is a pretty decent app. I'm confused by reading other reviews about people complaining about the fit. Getting a proper fit on these is very straightforward, Sony supplies a video that shows you exactly what to do, and there are five different sizes of retention ring to choose from. They don't feel like nothing is in your ear, but the lack of silicone jammed in your ear canal certainly makes them better for long-term use. I can wear them until the battery is dead with no discomfort. What doesn't make them better for long-term use, and this is really my only complaint, is the battery life. But if you've been using other earbuds that only have a 5-hour battery life, you won't notice much difference here. Ultimately, if your use case matches what I described earlier in the review, this is pretty much your only option. I'm just happy that they're actually above average in that case

Good so far, saved me $$ me on a couple of extended warranties for items I purchased and got additional savings on top of sales price on one purchase. It has payed for it self this year. If your making a large purchase you might want to see if it can save you some money too.

Best way to protect your computer(s) from issues as they age and need upgrades. My latest upgrade on an Alienware was massive, and it required many hours of work to MAKE it work, but no other charge was incurred. Note that the store Geeks are usually better than the online ones, as you never know who you will get online-I had one bad experience with that.
