    I always recommend everyone to get protection plan on whatever they purchase Best Buy have the best protection plan. I don’t shop nor the place but Best Buy.

    One ear broken off, the other section that hooks around the ear is stretched and wobbly. It still works though so, two stars instead of one. One star also because I bought a red pair direct from OpenShokz, a different size for my teen, and the same thing happened to it.

    Our family has enjoyed Best Buy Geek Squad protection for several years and have always been satisfied with the service. We now take advantage of tech Support for all of our purchases.

    You know, buying protection plans sometimes dont make sense, but we always buy Best Buy protection plans, i have used the protections and always the best customer care.

    The best buy protection is really good, they exchange the defect product for a new one or they just give an opinion for a gift card
