The protection plan works great if you like gadgets like me. It pays for itself. I've had a few items that didn't last very long beyond the manufacturer's warranty. I also like the return policy of the protection plan.

The price is a bit steep but if you buy a lot of Apple products like I do, it's a worthwhile investment because it comes with 2 years Apple Care at no additional cost. Also, it saved me the cost of a brand new TV a couple of years ago when my TV went bad. Total replacement eventually and an additional 2 year warranty. Saved my bacon.

Highly recommend if you have multiple electronics from Best Buy. My son's computer had multiple issues different time and they finally ended up giving him a new computer on 2 different occasions. If they can't fix it - they replace it. They also help with any issues with other electronics. Service was quick and easy.

I love it if i didnt have it my sons computer i had worked on would had cost me a fortune but it saved me so much money because it covers them places everything free instead buying one part cost 100 to put it in

Absolute love protection, just in case something happens to any of my merchandise. And the world of scammers and hackers who go into laptops and devices too in bed software that doesn’t necessarily get removed easily. That’s why the second part has been disappointing because I brought my devices back 3 to 4 times with little to know hopeful results. I’ve sunk three to $4000 in equipment minimum only to bring back home oversize paper weights from the geek squad. Hoping the squad will step up their game.
