If you frequent best buy then its a no brainer, its literally customer friendly version of apple care. I have no complaints and no regrets. I no longer have anxiety about buying things and getting a lemon or being unhappy with it. Purchased a Mac after using a Windows computer for more than 15 years. Once I got used to the Mac which wasn't long I feel it's far superior to my Windows computer in every aspect especially not having to purchase antivirus packages every year or so and not as many wires to to plug in. Love it!!!
