The Best Buy protection is very useful to have. Geek squad technicians are very knowledgeable and willing to help with issues. I believe it pays for itself after a few uses.

I love this service but just wish there was a direct way to call the geek squad at the store in my area. Kind of a hassle getting the main place because you get transferred a million times and they never get back with you in a timely manner

Sure glad we picked up the total tech package. It has been well worth it. They even call every month to go thru my computer and clean it up, which is an awesome reminder.
