I have had this headset for over 2 years. I have been overall happy with this headset. It is heavy and took a but to get used to. It seems to lose the voice chat/game volume setting setting from time to time. To fix this you must open the app and readjust. The sound is great! With the benefit of an graphic equalizer in the app. This headset will get LOUD i have only used turtle beach headsets since i started gaming in 2010. This model is well made, shows very little signs of aging and no damage. The headband is metal . Well made i think. Expensive but worth it, in my opinion.

I don’t know what I would do without my Best Buy protection plan. It’s always nice to know that I have a warranty for a longer duration of time. If your luck is anything like mine anything could go wrong. So having that protection even if I may not need it helps put me at ease. Plus you have all the other added perks aside from a longer warranty duration.

One of the weirdest feeling and mapped out controllers ive ever felt and used. I have owned multiple brands of gaming consoles with all different controllers and after market controllers and this is by far the weirdest one. It has a lot going on when it really needs to just focus on the controller feel. Would not recommend for the money since the dual sense edge, steam controller, and xbox elite controllers exist.

It’s a good thing for sure I enjoyed the service but it’s just super expensive for people and myself so I didn’t re purchase again. I would love it but to much now if someone can lower price or help I will get it. I have a lot of stuff from them
