When purchasing major electronics having a 60 day trial period as well as the 2 year warranty is a no brainer. Save yourself the headache. Support can prove to be a little annoying at times but just be persistent.

I’ve been a member with Best Buy for several years, and I cannot express how important and supportive they have been to me. With many different problems that they were able to solve quickly whether it was in store or geek squad they have not shined all the rest. Best Buy is where I get all of my electronics and appliances from.

This protection plan for me has more than paid for itself. The Geek squad and the employees at Best Buy, have been wonderful to deal with. They are knowledgable and very helpful. Never felt like they were trying to sell me something on the contrary they seem to care about what your needs are. If you are needing to buy appliances, computers and or need help with installation, free installation of new appliances, instructions or fixing something, this is a great Protection plan.

Great product for protection. On some items, it's dumb to not add it. If the item is wearable, then you'll end up dropping it, which means that eventually it will break. This is a no brainer.

Truly worth it, I struggle at first to see if it was even worth it, but it has been the best thing, has saved me tons of money
