Love the protection plan buying the membership has been on of the best investments I've ever made.

I have had and tried a ton of keyboards including making a few. This is one of the best that I have used. I love the design and the features it has and the keys feel great to type on

I was hesitant to buy the protection. As the employee advised to get it I wasn’t to sure about it. I gave it a try anyway and glad I did. The service is great and it do so so much more for you . Not only that the automatic extended warranty on all your stuff you buy from best was a bonus on top of the icing. I would totally recommend this to anyone cause it so worth it.

The monthly Best Buy Protection is easy to add and gives peace of mind in case something goes wrong. Setup was straightforward, pricing is reasonable, and it’s nice knowing repairs or replacements are covered without hassle. Worth it for expensive gear.

Getting Best Buy Total plus was the best decision we could of ever made. Gives us more time to return/exhange if we need it. An we've had to a few times and it was hassle free, no questions asked! Also love all the perks it comes with!

Worth every penny! I signed up for the 24-month Best Buy monthly protection plan and it has given me total peace of mind. Accidental coverage, fast repairs, and being able to swap or fix my device without huge out-of-pocket costs makes it completely worth it. The monthly payments are affordable and way better than having to pay for a full replacement down the road. Highly recommend the plan if you want long-term protection and hassle-free service.

I am in the automotive industry and see people without warranties get burnt all the time. I would not be without one. This plan made it easy to cover all of my Best Buy purchases. Love the ease of it!

The total membership smashes!!! It has saved me all the scarcb. And freecreturns on select purchases means I get to test drive big screens and get a new one every 3 months. Shot the will even come pick it up and hand the new one,

Have never really had to use it. But it gives us peace of mind. Services that we have received from the "Geek Squad" have always been great. Once you introduce your need they stay with you until the problem is fixed!

I have enjoed my Total membership so much over the years that I have constantly referred others to take the same advantage and headache relief. We now have three in our family.

I have total tech on most of our household electronics & phones. Have been using this for years & am very happy with the service. It is well worth the price for the annual fee. I have had a few instances when I needed to use my protection plan. Since electronics can be expensive I was so glad I had the total tech.

I believe its the best store to get products with extra warranty. I challenge anyone to find better coverage thats legit. You cant!

The service always seems to pay for itself. Recently, my wife and I experienced laptop issues. We took both into Best Buy and got the repairs covered (I had to buy a new battery for my laptop). Service included diagnostics, check for malware, etc. and would have exceeded the cost of the protection. Quick, quality service.
