I love having this protection! We live in an environment that is hard on electronics. It's dusty and we're always working outside which can be hard on phone and smart watch screens. It's nice to be covered in the event of a break!

If you frequent best buy then its a no brainer, its literally customer friendly version of apple care. I have no complaints and no regrets. I no longer have anxiety about buying things and getting a lemon or being unhappy with it. I honestly find myself shopping here more because i know i can count on these folks. even if its because i paid em to care haha
