I have only have great things to say about the geek squad protecting. I have bought a few duds over the last few years. We had a monitor go out in less than 9 months and switch controllers. Both replaced no questions ask.

We buy all our appliances from Best Buy and use the total home protection.(microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine refrigerator) We would not purchase anywhere else.
