Cant go wrong with purchasing protection plans with your electronic purchases. It has saved me lots of money and headaches. As we know, sometimes electronics fail for whatever reason. Ive been able to replace ans in some instances upgrade malfunctioned items using the protection plan. This includes: bose headphones, LG 65 inch CX, xbox controllers, Samsung cell phone, ps5 controllers just to name a few things. You cant go wrong with adding or ensuring your a total tech member.

A great option, at a great price. I'm not a big fan of purchase protection plans for things I buy. It always feels like car insurance with an expiration date. You have it, and you pay for it just and case but it's worse if you don't use it, you lose that extra money you paid and normally it doesn't renew unless you buy another plan if available. So, I don't bother. My electronics usually last and the value goes down in time making the insurance more expensive than the product. But in 2020 I bought new TVs and stands for my rental. I wanted to mount it on the wall, and I didn't want to be liable if anything went wrong. I looked around for installers and chick their prices. Decided to check with Best Buy for the installation price. This is when I saw the Best Buy Totaltech option which includes free installations for the Tv. The plan is for 24 months and auto-renews for the same price. The price was the same as what I saw for the installation of one tv at other sites but as more. Free GeekSquad tech support is available 24/7 for all your tech. Free standard delivery, installation, and haul away for almost anything you buy. free two-day shipping like Amazon Prime. VIP access to some new merchandise before others. There's more but this review would be too long. I have to say converted to Totaltech. By the way, did I mention it covers 2-year protection for future purchases. Need I say more. I renew every two years

This is a great product because every time ur item breaks or randomly doesn’t work you can just refund it or get your money back or you can exchange it for a different product.

We buy all our appliances from Best Buy and use the total home protection.(microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine refrigerator) We would not purchase anywhere else. The customer service and installation services have always been top-notch. Our son is building a home and we have recommended to start all their appliances and major home purchases to be with Best Buy

Loved being an all tech protection member. It has saved me from paying for some services for my new computer. I am not that tech savvy.

Excellent value. Love having all my stuff have protection and Best Buy is really great at honoring any replacements needed. I’ve had so many controllers get stick drift and it’s great to know I can replace them anytime with no issues.
