Best Buy Geek Squad Warranty has never given me any trouble for the few years. I’ve had it. Every time I’ve had an issue I just bring it in, they take a look and see if they could fix it most of the time they just say to grab a new one to save myself and themselves time and I walk out with a brand new one no questions asked or any hassle. I’ll keep on purchasing Geek Squad Warranty without hesitation.

Purchased a Mac after using a Windows computer for more than 15 years. Once I got used to the Mac which wasn't long I feel it's far superior to my Windows computer in every aspect especially not having to purchase antivirus packages every year or so and not as many wires to to plug in. Love it!!!

Where to begin with this. So, long time user of Best Buy. It isn't just guilt by association either. It started with the one time when I bought a head set for my kid, and went with adding a service plan. In less than a year, that headset had become damage and unusable. The turn around at the store was quick, painless, and same headset back up and working. Less than 30 min. in the store. This went on through serveral products. I ended up purchasing a system that was quite pricey and high end. The full best Buy 24 mo was mentioned, and it Even BACK COVERED other items I had purchased in the past. I bit. I have needed to cash in 3 times on the use of it. Easy, no issues, and quickest turn around from any warranty to date that I have used. Normally I pass these items by at the register, but definitly glad I did not pass this one. Highly recommened if you use Best Buy often.

I love having this protection! We live in an environment that is hard on electronics. It's dusty and we're always working outside which can be hard on phone and smart watch screens. It's nice to be covered in the event of a break!

It’s always good to have a protection fly into your seems to be a fair amount of time. Be nice of those five years but you know how the old system goes.

Bought this as a gift for my DIL so we could game together and chat. I've got the same one - had it for many years. Works great with my Playstation consoles and my PC or laptop. Basically, anything that has a USB port for you to plug in the dongle seems to work great!

Cant go wrong with purchasing protection plans with your electronic purchases. It has saved me lots of money and headaches. As we know, sometimes electronics fail for whatever reason. Ive been able to replace ans in some instances upgrade malfunctioned items using the protection plan.
