I love this purifier! Would recommend for any household with pets.

Over the years, this service has been a decisive factor in deciding to purchase something at Best Buy. But I’ve discovered that two years is not forever, and about the time you are likely to need service, the plan expires, to be replaced by a somewhat expensive monthly option “per unit.” I wish Best Buy offered a comprehensive extension for a reasonable price. Also the current version of TotalTech is a pale imitation of the excellent original version; curtailed services and higher co-payments.

With the protection I feel covered in every aspect. The team always respond quick to my requests.

This is probably the greatest protection plan ever

I always buy the product protection. You never know if something won't work on any product. So get the extra protection. No money out of your pocket ,if it does breakdown. Better safe than sorry.

The best protection I was able find for my IPhone.

Life happens. Having protection in the event something goes wrong makes sense. It's so easy to take my product pack to a Best Buy store and get it replaced quickly. I don't want to have to call a manufacturer support line, sit on hold for 30 minutes to request help, then pay for shipping to send it back and then wait for a refurbished unit to be sent back. I don't have time for that.

Let's be honest, my 16 year old son is way more in tune to when we need to use our Best Buy Protection Plan than I am. "Mom, the Roomba sounds a bit funny," when it sounds just fine to me. "Mom, my computer is acting laggy." He's always right, and Best Buy is always on top of correcting the issue! It's easy to make an appointment, and if there is a wait, it's short. In the end, I have looked at what we spend on the protection and what we would have spent on repairs or new products, and we're saving $!

Advantages to being Plus Member give two year warranty automatically!

We have had this for quite a few years, and it has always paid off. I have never had a problem with Best Buy over a warranty or exchange. It is not that expensive if you think how much it would cost you didn't have it.

As expected, the BEST BUY Protection plan is always a best buy and a must have.

Have to use this feature several times over the years - it is well worth having.
