I am fortunate to not need to use the protection plan, but glad to have it. On the rare occasion that it is needed, my defective products are replaced without hassle. There is no need to give a full story of an explanation to get a replacement for your covered product. Just provide a brief explanation of the problem and you get your replacement the same day (if available at your location). I have saved thousands of dollars with the benefits of the protection plan because I didn’t have to buy a brand new product. Electronics can fail and this helps bring peace of mind. I highly recommend this.

Great headset- Loved it since I saw it and got it. I will say there's no way to stop the echo from discord or any type of process to stop background noise. I would give it a 5 stars regardless. I wouldn't go with Hyper X all the way tho.

I was initially happy with this vacuum cleaner. I bought it to use in my office. For what I was using it for it was fine. Sometimes my dog comes to work with me and he is a shedder. It work fine picking up his hair. However when someone left the door open and some leaves blew in I went to vacuum them up. They were small leaves nothing big at all. They were also dry. The vacuum only broke tho leaves down into tinier pieces and seemed to just spread it around and not really pick up the particles. So I wanted to love this vacuum but sadly I do not. I will reach out to Shark for advice on what could be causing this issue in case the fault is mine though I highly doubt that.
