Geek squad is always on point snd its quick, no nonsense and a peace of mind is what we as individual people need in our lives and this does just that. This reminds me of a gun quote, its better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

This feature is definitely worth adding - we have used it for numerous items and the support and follow up is first rate.

Let's be honest, my 16 year old son is way more in tune to when we need to use our Best Buy Protection Plan than I am. "Mom, the Roomba sounds a bit funny," when it sounds just fine to me. "Mom, my computer is acting laggy." He's always right, and Best Buy is always on top of correcting the issue! It's easy to make an appointment, and if there is a wait, it's short. In the end, I have looked at what we spend on the protection and what we would have spent on repairs or new products, and we're saving $!

If you're spending good money on electronics, you want to make sure they're protected. You can't beat 2 years of peace of mind.

Haven't needed it yet. Hopefully we won't need it anytime soon!

I love the protection plan and would never go without it. Best Buy is great when it comes to helping with any issues.

I am fortunate to not need to use the protection plan, but glad to have it. On the rare occasion that it is needed, my defective products are replaced without hassle. There is no need to give a full story of an explanation to get a replacement for your covered product. Just provide a brief explanation of the problem and you get your replacement the same day (if available at your location). I have saved thousands of dollars with the benefits of the protection plan because I didn’t have to buy a brand new product. Electronics can fail and this helps bring peace of mind. I highly recommend this.

It gives me great peace of mind to have this coverage on my device. I know that if there is ever an issue, I can bring the device to my local Best Buy and they will give me the best options to resolve my problem.

This plan has been a lifesaver. I was reluctant at first in getting it but thankful I did. With this Protection plan it covers any electronic device I have, except for purchase of any parts, but includes installation of any purchased part for free. I've had FIVE laptops that needed attention. Had I brought each one in one at a time, the cost to fix the issues with each laptop would have been astronomic. It just happened that I had something that went haywire with each. Brought each one in and the Geek Squad at Best Buy addressed the issues and remedied my laptops and they are all running better than when I first purchased them. All the Geek Squad staff were cordial especially Naweed Sherzada (Dept. Manager), explained things well in detail, fixed the problems with each laptop expediently. Two of the laptops required HD replacements and I went with a 2 TB SSD for one laptop and a 1 TB SSD for the other, both were installed at no charge other than the cost of each new SSD. The cost of the service plan paid for itself in the first visit. I highly recommend consideration of getting this plan to anyone who has electronic devices such as desktop, laptop computers, tablets, etc.

I insist on having almost all the protections possible to protect my purchases. I expect them to last a long time.
