This is soooooo helpful! The protection gave me peace of mind when my headphones broke after 5 days of using them. Best Buy customer service support immediately replaced them at no cost. Super happy!

Had the choice of paying the regular protection or the yearly one that covers all your electronics for 2 years at around the same price. So its worth it especially if you have kids.

Life happens. Having protection in the event something goes wrong makes sense. It's so easy to take my product pack to a Best Buy store and get it replaced quickly. I don't want to have to call a manufacturer support line, sit on hold for 30 minutes to request help, then pay for shipping to send it back and then wait for a refurbished unit to be sent back. I don't have time for that.

Protection plan is worth it. Already used it a couple times, easier than having separate protection on everything

Good so far, saved me $$ me on a couple of extended warranties for items I purchased and got additional savings on top of sales price on one purchase. It has payed for it self this year. If your making a large purchase you might want to see if it can save you some money too.

I love my best buy membership. Getting the extended warranty with every purchase is worth every penny.
