I think it was worth it. Was able to trade in a pair of headphones my dog chewed on. They gave me a gift card for the amount and I was able to pick out a new pair from a higher end brand I wanted to try! Idk if it's possible but it would be cool for introverted peeps to be able to let them know, and mail in. Have it credited it back when they get it? Idk just spitting ideas since I am a nightshift person

totaltech is great. sometime you have to wait a bit because they stay busy but the service is outstanding. they put security/camera system in my home, ran into a setback on install, apologized and came back following week with two crews and knocked it out in no time. then sat down with us and explained how to use all features and assisted in making sure everything was perfect .. No matter what questions or problems best buy totaltech has always helped in whatever way possible..
