BEST COVERAGE EVER!!!!! I am so glad that I discovered this program. In the past, I'd always been the "No, I don't need the warranty or insurance" kind of person. Not anymore, at least w/ the Best Buy Protection plan. It has saved us more than once!! Because of this program, I buy ALLLL of my electronics, appliances, etc from BB. When I am looking to buy something, Best Buy is my very first check!!

Not going to lie, but I was skeptical of buying a wireless mouse for gaming. That being said, this is clearly the best mouse in general I have had. Everything is so smooth, fast, and responsive; it really is impressive. I'm really happy with this buy. There is one thing I do think Logitech should change, and that is the variety of software apps they have for their products. I'm using an older model keyboard, and I have to have the Logi+ app and then the new app for this mouse. I wish they would pick one app and make everything compatible with each other.

It gives you added security knowing your products are covered from defects for up to 24 months. I highly recommend being a total rewards member if you purchase high ticketed items from best buy. They seem to have a team of workers who really care

We have had this for quite a few years, and it has always paid off. I have never had a problem with Best Buy over a warranty or exchange. It is not that expensive if you think how much it would cost you didn't have it.

totaltech is great. sometime you have to wait a bit because they stay busy but the service is outstanding. they put security/camera system in my home, ran into a setback on install, apologized and came back following week with two crews and knocked it out in no time. then sat down with us and explained how to use all features and assisted in making sure everything was perfect .. No matter what questions or problems best buy totaltech has always helped in whatever way possible..

This is a must if you have a larger car I bought many items for black Friday and all of them got covered for two years with this plan

I always buy the product protection. You never know if something won't work on any product. So get the extra protection. No money out of your pocket ,if it does breakdown. Better safe than sorry.
