    Always had great support whenever I have had to use Best Buy's protection plan. I have maintained my "membership for many many years and has proved valuable many times... and without hassle. I don't normally buy "plans" but this one is worth it.

    This service has been awesome so far. I’ve only ever had to use it once but I’d had amazing service. We bought an iPhone with Best Buy and the phone was malfunctioning, I was frustrated and couldn’t figure it out. Best Buy Geek Squad was able to rectify the problem quickly and we haven’t had any issues since.

    Pays off in the long run and the short run. Its Nice to have the confidence when buying electronics and appliances. We have used our warranties several times. Its also nice to have the return option available.
