We had a minor issue with a password set up. Contacted Geek squad and Hannah worked the issue. She recommended to take unit in for "complete reset". We were lucky that we got the unit back a few hours after we had turned it in (slow day @ Cerritos - thanks, John). Protection plan was worth it.

Easy to make an appointment and usually on time. Maybe a few minute wait time. They are very knowledgeable and have helped me with a lot of my purchases.

I never leave Best Buy without their warranty. So I became a Total Plus member. No need to buy a separate warranties anymore. I cannot tell you how this has saved me so much money. From getting my Asus Rog Laptop fixed for free or a busted gaming headset being replaced. 100% worth it.
