Never had to use the protection plan happy I had it tho

It better than expected. I'm a huge nintendo fan and I love this. I can play games i missed as a kid.

I just wanted to remind you about the following text: "Let me break it down in a way that you can understand: there is no better warranty or policy out there than Best Buy. I cannot tell you how many times I have saved money, not only in repair but also in replacement. I let my kid borrow my Samsung Galaxy tablet. He destroyed it, and they tried fixing it but weren't able to, so they gave me the amount that I paid for a new tablet. Amazon cannot do that for you! Just make sure to get the Accidental Protection Plan; that's the one that you want!"

Love this product it covers all items I purchase from Best buy

First of all when I went into the store, I was able to get help almost immediately. I received the right information from a Geek Squad member which aided me in choosing the right Fitbit watch for my needs. The watch is amazing and fit all my needs. I am able to sync with my insurer to record my daily workouts. I am able to keep look at a lot of data on my health to keep me healthy. There is no way I could keep up with all this information. I am seventy years old and I need all the help I can muster to keep tack of everthing. Lastly, I appreciate to two year Best Buy warranty with the Fitbit warranty. Thanks Geek Squad.
