updated review: First if you're looking for a Beats by Dre or Bose type experience this is not it. If you are used to a bass boost or the ability to fine tune your audio experience this also is not it. IF you are looking for a solid Gaming experience in a pair of ear buds then you will enjoy these. I was initially put off because I was expecting what I mentioned above. Now after spending a couple days with them and playing several types of games to experiment. They've grown on me. They are light weight, easy to use, sounds are clear (especially voices and footsteps) battery life has been surprisingly good it hasn't died on my but to be fair I've only used them about 4 hours one day and 2 maybe 3 the next. There are volume rockers on each bud but I just adjust using my controller ( Edge Controller) and they can get pretty loud. You can connect to your phone and PlayStation simultaneously so you can answer calls or listen to your music while still chatting or listening to the game. I won't do it but its there. For what they are (Earbuds) the pricing, the quality, the versatility makes these a good option. Just keep in mind what I said early in this review.

Best Buy protection has been a solid investment. Came in handy when one of our TVs started having problems.

This service has been awesome so far. I’ve only ever had to use it once but I’d had amazing service. We bought an iPhone with Best Buy and the phone was malfunctioning, I was frustrated and couldn’t figure it out. Best Buy Geek Squad was able to rectify the problem quickly and we haven’t had any issues since.

Got this on open box for such a great price as well as an a7 camera! Always loved Best Buy open box , they always have amazing prices and everything works great!

Purchased for my wife for an extended trip, and she loves these headphones (I also love them!). Sound is fantastic, big & expansive & highly detailed, which is typical of Sony products. And they were pretty easy to set up & learn to use, which is somewhat unusual for Sony products. No complaints, lots to love about these headphones.
