Excellent service at the store in pembroke pines!!

Best choice hands down. Made by a quality company who you can expect solid products, inside and out. These are as amazing as they sound when you ask an owners feedback. They support surround sound and have an ambience to outside noise if you choose so you can stay aware of your surroundings through the clear sounds played through the speakers. They have a logitech app with a wide range of community and pro gamer inspired presets which makes them extremely customizable. And they include the BlueVoice feature which makes sure your audio always plays back to others or in recordings and livestreams crystal clear! By far the best on the market for both streamers and pros, to purists who play games for immersion.

updated review: First if you're looking for a Beats by Dre or Bose type experience this is not it. If you are used to a bass boost or the ability to fine tune your audio experience this also is not it. IF you are looking for a solid Gaming experience in a pair of ear buds then you will enjoy these. I was initially put off because I was expecting what I mentioned above. Now after spending a couple days with them and playing several types of games to experiment. They've grown on me. They are light weight, easy to use, sounds are clear (especially voices and footsteps) battery life has been surprisingly good it hasn't died on my but to be fair I've only used them about 4 hours one day and 2 maybe 3 the next. There are volume rockers on each bud but I just adjust using my controller ( Edge Controller) and they can get pretty loud. You can connect to your phone and PlayStation simultaneously so you can answer calls or listen to your music while still chatting or listening to the game. I won't do it but its there. For what they are (Earbuds) the pricing, the quality, the versatility makes these a good option. Just keep in mind what I said early in this review.

Okay I have had the Best Buy protection plan for quite a few years now and although it has changed over time, I will say that the updated version is much better and Best Buy is getting back to who they used to be. I love that they have gone back to adding new device purchases automatically go under my current active plan. I just renew annually and I will keep buying all my electronics and devices from Best Buy going forward. Keeping me as a loyal customer by giving me the necessary protection plans all in one with no more hassles and hidden costs. Goodbye other electronic and phone companies!

These headphones are amazing if u are looking for bass. The sound quality as well is pretty good however if you are looking for good ANC this isn’t it, other than that it is fantastic

I am sure that the Geek squad provides excellent service. However, after making my purchase and having the software installed, I was told that I would receive a text the next day when the computer was ready. I did not receive a text. I called customer service to inquire, however, was not able to connect with the Geek squad directly but was able to make an appointment. When I arrived staff did not appear aware that I had an appointment and was assisting myself and someone else simultaneously. When I made the purchase I was told they would assist with transferring some information from my former laptop to my new one. I brought my laptop and was told this would be a two day process. I was not informed about this previously.

I am not a person who purchases added warranties, product protection, etc. Unaccountably I did purchase the 24 month Best Buy protection....and I am SO glad I did. It has been extremely valuable...I have used it when an external hard drive crashed. when I needed to have my Acrobat re-loaded, and four other times. This is automatically activated...when my external hard drive crashed and the data was recovered (successfully!), they returned a new external hard drive with the data and NO CHARGE because I had the Bet Buy protection.

Peace of mind- have utilized this coverage several times and has more than paid for itsekf
