Okay I have had the Best Buy protection plan for quite a few years now and although it has changed over time, I will say that the updated version is much better and Best Buy is getting back to who they used to be. I love that they have gone back to adding new device purchases automatically go under my current active plan. I just renew annually and I will keep buying all my electronics and devices from Best Buy going forward. Keeping me as a loyal customer by giving me the necessary protection plans all in one with no more hassles and hidden costs. Goodbye other electronic and phone companies!

Its great yes it truely is great being able to take my electronics and getting them fixed especially getting my 12vhpwr type 5 worth $30 stolen from geeksquad lol and they just used 8pin that i already had and they kept one so they left my build with 2 8pin connectors therefore couldnt even connect my 4080super

The fact that all my purchased devices are added to this plan is really such a relief for a small business.

I needed a Bluetooth keyboard to share between my desktop computer and my laptop, and this keyboard has been everything I expected and more. The ergonomic aspects work well for me (I didn't need full ergo, just basic comfort). The keyboard switches quickly and seamlessly (using Bluetooth wireless) between my laptop and desktop by pressing the "1" or "2" key at the top. I'm also using a Bluetooth mouse in a similar manner between the two systems. In particular, I wanted Bluetooth capabilities, not a wireless keyboard that required a USB transceiver. I've been using this keyboard for almost 3 months without issue.

I am not a person who purchases added warranties, product protection, etc. Unaccountably I did purchase the 24 month Best Buy protection....and I am SO glad I did. It has been extremely valuable...I have used it when an external hard drive crashed. when I needed to have my Acrobat re-loaded, and four other times. This is automatically activated...when my external hard drive crashed and the data was recovered (successfully!), they returned a new external hard drive with the data and NO CHARGE because I had the Bet Buy protection.

BB guarantee for members that pay an annual fee is a great incentive to shop at BB. Only problem is the delivery and set up for larger items is ridiculously long. If you are buying something large, eg a big screen television and need it installed in less than 2 WEEKS, shop elsewhere.
