Free protection plan with total membership is amazing!

Solid so far. Had an account issue where I wanted to add my wife's phone (purchased at BB under her name) to my plan and they helped me resolve it. Less expensive than my AT&T Plan, and while I often wait at GeekSquad, it's better than the tirefire AT&T store, which always has one worker for 4 customers.

This protection is great especially if you have a lot of electronics

The best buy protection is included with my total tech. However, it is the best to have a piece of mind because if it breaks down for any reason they replace or fix the item. This is the best protection hands down I could own.

I needed a Bluetooth keyboard to share between my desktop computer and my laptop, and this keyboard has been everything I expected and more. The ergonomic aspects work well for me (I didn't need full ergo, just basic comfort). The keyboard switches quickly and seamlessly (using Bluetooth wireless) between my laptop and desktop by pressing the "1" or "2" key at the top. I'm also using a Bluetooth mouse in a similar manner between the two systems. In particular, I wanted Bluetooth capabilities, not a wireless keyboard that required a USB transceiver. I've been using this keyboard for almost 3 months without issue.

Sometimes things go well, our stuff hold up without any major complications and challenges, and then, sometimes we need a little assistance. It is better to have it and not need it, as opposed to needing it and not have it.

Before getting the plan I would be sure to buy a protection plan with every piece of electronics that I purchase. It's Best Buy so... everything. It really puts your mind at ease to be covered and for a small price. However, if you don't make a lot of purchases it may not be as beneficial but think of it like this; for the price of the membership, you not only get your purchase protected for 2yrs, you also get other benefits and discounts that you otherwise wouldn't have.

Everyone needs to have protection plans these days.
