Altho I usually buy the 1 year warranty on my electronics, now that I don’t have an office IT person to go to for all my questions, and a whole new round of tech is here, I am DELIGHTED at my decision to become a Best Buy Prime Member with all the perks it allows. I have used the Geek Squad for printer shopping, installation and trying different models. I was able to return a multi-use laptop power cord (already reboxed so i did not devalue a new one) a couple weeks after we found the original. Big Buy is my first stop now for all my office product needs and for advice. Their Geek Squad and Customer Service has been flawless for my needs.

I have no issues with this item. At this point the sound is still amazing. The snug into the ear is amazing. I am never on anything so great like this item. I am having an issue with the round plastic that goes around it but other than that is perfect and They will take care of it. I would recommend this item to anyone.

Even the call in service is great. I used to have Microsoft Technical Support; they no longer offer this but this is great especially when you need excellent support.
