On top of all this they are always wonderful to work with and explain very well to someone who is not tech savy. It is starting to look like Sonicare's quality is go DOWN hill ! I had purchased a toothbrush last May on Wed it stopped working so on Thursday I took it back to mt Best Buy store and they quick replaced it (Total Membership). Took the new one home, then last night I went to turn in on - nothing happened, charged it over night and then this morning tried to turn it on and NOTHING happened again. Back to Best Buy and they quickly replaced it again. This time before I left the store we opened the box and made sure that it worked.

Overall not bad. They are some issues in regards to Sony's software that affects how the earbuds function. There some work arounds, which i dont mind since the quality is still there. Touch sensitivity is very responsive. You can edit how the presets are set, in case you have a personal preference on how you use your earbuds. Im normally using my right ear bud only so i made adjustments like volume, mic mute, etc. Battery is awesome for working from home or some long extensive gaming.
