Overall not bad. They are some issues in regards to Sony's software that affects how the earbuds function. There some work arounds, which i dont mind since the quality is still there. Touch sensitivity is very responsive. You can edit how the presets are set, in case you have a personal preference on how you use your earbuds. Im normally using my right ear bud only so i made adjustments like volume, mic mute, etc. Battery is awesome for working from home or some long extensive gaming.

I have used this several times for many of my tech devices that I've gotten from Best Buy. It has been more than worth it for me, especially since my kids are the ones using the devices, and kids aren't the most graceful.

The best buy protection plan is great to have with the electronics. anything goes wrong with it you just take it back up to best buy and they will handle the rest. I love that you take the damage product up there and you go get a new one off the shelf to replace the bad one. That part right there saves headache from having to deal with sending the product away and waiting for it to come back within weeks. its fast and easy to take something up there and exchange it for another one. makes everyone happy.

Solid so far. Had an account issue where I wanted to add my wife's phone (purchased at BB under her name) to my plan and they helped me resolve it. Less expensive than my AT&T Plan, and while I often wait at GeekSquad, it's better than the tirefire AT&T store, which always has one worker for 4 customers.
