Great Protection to own. I have many devices - a new washer, a new laptop and a second monitor, a couple expensive phones, and the need for the Geek Squad (Go Squad!). Protection is vital!!! Peace of mind.

The Geek Squad has been very helpful when I've had a problem or questions about any product that I purchased.

I am expecting excellent service for my Air Pad from the Geek Squad. I bought the total Best Buy protection plan and have already used it on my chromebook, not purchased at Best Buy. I have discovered that the Geek Sqquad billed me and completed a transaction last week that overdrafted my account. I was not asked or informed that they were going to do this as it seems a duplication of the year I already purchased. I am frustrated and my bank is confused.

If you shop at Best Buy, you’re crazy not to sign up for a total membership. Extra two year full protection on every product you buy. Plus you can get prorated discounts on three or five year warranties if you’re making larger purchases.

I am very happy with my purchase. My items were ready within minutes and I was able to pick them up that day. I had a bit of a drive so I contacted customer service to see what I should expect on timing and they were very helpful. While we were chatting I received an email stating they were all ready. I was helped immediately when I walked into the store. The option of no-interest financing clinched my decision. The products were all in perfect condition and I had had no issues.

Got to love the Best Buy protection plan. I only purchase electronics and appliances at Best Buy for the protection plan.
