It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent spatial audio. When I'm in the gun testing range in Borderlands 3 it sounds like I'm in a locker room. Almost weird how they can make this happen with headphones. Other upsides: Easy to connect. Works well with PS5. Audio is great for games and movies. Also perfectly fine for music. Battery is lasting really well. Onboard controls are easy to use. So comfortable I can wear this headset for hours and forget I have it on. No downsides I can think of. Bonkers good media headset!
