I am expecting excellent service for my Air Pad from the Geek Squad. I bought the total Best Buy protection plan and have already used it on my chromebook, not purchased at Best Buy. I have discovered that the Geek Sqquad billed me and completed a transaction last week that overdrafted my account. I was not asked or informed that they were going to do this as it seems a duplication of the year I already purchased. I am frustrated and my bank is confused.

Purchased as a just in case. But doubt I'll ever have to use it.

Excellent product.. light and easy to use, connects fast

Because I'm a Totaltech Member, I get protection on all my purchases. Have not ever had to use it. For big purchases like washer/dryer I always opt for the regular protection plan.

Obviously, wise choice it’s easy to have your screen protector break on the phone. It protects the screen.

This tech plan is perfect. For around 200 Dollars you get a year plan that protects everything you buy from air pods to iPhone its all protected if it breaks or stops working you return it and get a brand new one also you can get a different version or product in exchange and for this reason i buy everything here.

I depend on this protection especially since my computer skills are not great. This give me peace of mind.

I recommend all of my friends to get the Best Buy two-year protection under the Total program. Highly recommend it provides a piece of mine when using expensive technology.

TotalTech Support is so worth the money. I have had zero issues with product issues, the warranty handles it all. Most of my items have either been replaced, refunded or upgraded. I have used TotalTech for installs of stereo equipment in all of vehicles at little to no cost, to have all of my Laptops / Desktop PCs in my home tuned up, patched, upgraded and running smooth as silk. I have used TotalTech for Apple product warranty issues with no snags. These headphones are amazing if u are looking for bass. The sound quality as well is pretty good however if you are looking for good ANC this isn’t it, other than that it is fantastic
