I haven't a chance to claim yet since all my items recently purchase. The only thing confused me that I paid monthly and was told $15.99 per month, but the email sent to me stated that I will have to pay $50 the first month and then $15.99 afterwards. I spoke with a Bestbuy seller, and they told me it's $15.99 even the first month because I purchased an item with it and told me to ignore the email. It's kinda confused me at first. Will update my review when I have a chance to claim/fix my item.

So far it's well. Not to big not to small. Got at a really good deal for being a member.

Love the protection plans get them on everything I buy that has them.

Knowing that items are protected from damage or malfunction when used. Have not had any issues as of now but, after considering how much time is allowed for protection is a fantastic relief that item is made of quality parts.

Protection is a must to have on your TVs and appliances. Best Buy's monthly protection is great value.

So far so good - haven't needed it but peace of mind is most important. It's good to know I can call for help without a huge bill!!

Best bang for your buck! This has paid for itself several times over! Sometimes these end up being a waste, but today's electronics are not designed to last, they're designed to be fabricated as cheaply as possible. That means your likelihood of getting a dud is higher than in the "old days" when we repaired appliances instead of replacing them. I would strongly recommend this coverage to everyone, especially for laptops and large appliances. Definitely worth it!

I appreciate the fact that they give you 60 days to return a defective product. I spent over $500 for dashcam equipment iwhich was defective. After trying to get it to work and not being able to reach tech support over the phone, I returned for a full refund.

Provides great peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to my product that it is covered.
