I LOVE these bone conducting sports/active earbuds! I will always use these! The best earbuds I've ever owned or bought. Great sound easy app connectivity through google play. You forget that you are even wearing them! No one can hear your music but you and you can hear everything around you if you dont have the volume up too high. You can still hear everything but more difficult to hear someone asking a question. I returned these ONLY so I could get the OpenRun Minis. I wear a smaller hat so I needed smaller shokz. The minis only come in black and on the OpenRun. The openrun's are also waterproof which made me breath easier when it started raining! They are so comfortable that I forget that I have them on! The best bang for your buck!

I am sure that the Geek squad provides excellent service. However, after making my purchase and having the software installed, I was told that I would receive a text the next day when the computer was ready. I did not receive a text. I called customer service to inquire, however, was not able to connect with the Geek squad directly but was able to make an appointment. When I arrived staff did not appear aware that I had an appointment and was assisting myself and someone else simultaneously. When I made the purchase I was told they would assist with transferring some information from my former laptop to my new one. I brought my laptop and was told this would be a two day process. I was not informed about this previously.

Easy add on protection giving you peace of mind. Manufactures warranties can be such a hassle.

Love my best buy protection, well worth the money.

Even the call in service is great. I used to have Microsoft Technical Support; they no longer offer this but this is great especially when you need excellent support.

Best bang for your buck! This has paid for itself several times over! Sometimes these end up being a waste, but today's electronics are not designed to last, they're designed to be fabricated as cheaply as possible. That means your likelihood of getting a dud is higher than in the "old days" when we repaired appliances instead of replacing them. I would strongly recommend this coverage to everyone, especially for laptops and large appliances. Definitely worth it!
