Like many, I bought this to upgrade my steam deck. There are many videos online that will guide you on how to do it. It is very straightforward. I reinstalled SteamOS and everything is working great. I can't tell if the performance is any better but it's definitely not worse. Having 2TB instead of 512GB is a game changer! I waited until it was on sale, and I've seen many other brands with a lower price but I've had good experiences with Western Digital's HDDs, SATA SSDs and their 2280 sized M.2 drives.

I have never had a problem with returning a product or if it doesn’t work anymore and they don’t have it they make it right this is so worth the money You also get extra discounts when you purchase other items I have it and do not mind paying every year because I know it’s worth it

Great Protection to own. I have many devices - a new washer, a new laptop and a second monitor, a couple expensive phones, and the need for the Geek Squad (Go Squad!). Protection is vital!!! Peace of mind.

Love having the protection plan. So easy to use IF something goes wrong. In and out of the store problem fixed in 5 min or less.

Wouldn't go a day without this warranty program. I've saved so much money using it and Best Buy is actually exceeding expectations with it. So.. Not much to lose and a ton to gain.
