We’ve used this benefit at least twice. Since we have gotten older ( well past retirement age), it gives us peace of mind. It has helped us avoid costly mistakes. A tv we bought from Sears was still under warranty, when tv repair said couldn’t get a new computer for it, so we bought a new tv & list that $800. This way, we’re sure we’re not making a mistake or being taken advantage of. We just feel safer.

I am actually very pleased with this product, after an initial 'get used to not using airpods learning curve', but the experience has been absolutely fantastic. I have had numerous Jabra products over the years, and this is the best. I have an 18 hour airline flight coming up, and these will save my life. The hear through capability is fantastic for me. The app does a really nice job controlling the device, which is very welcome. Often times I wonder why things behave as they do, but this has been a legit experience. I would strongly recommend the product to someone who is not an Apple ecosystem lock type person, so go give this a shot.

Best purchase I made since this was mentioned to me this has safe my live like really get it this solve alot issues if you buy something it doesn’t work anymore in 6months or 2 years max take back they give you a gift card for the amount you pay and you can repurchase it and you solve the issue without spending more money

I recently purchased the Monthly Best Buy Protection plan that offers coverage for up to 24 months. While I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with having this protection, I am a bit unsure about the service fee that is required for use. Additionally, I am not sure if the plan can be renewed after the initial coverage period ends. Overall, I think this plan could be a good investment for those who want extra protection for their purchases, but it's important to consider the potential fees and limitations before signing up.

My computer was a custom build and my son tried to add a hard drive, couldn’t complete the install a left it with pieces out and cables disconnected. This was a brand machine and I thought it was now junk. I went to Best Buy for a Hail Mary last attempt to see if they could fix. Well it only took them a day to get it fixed and ready. That staff was attentive and clearly wanted to help.

It started off as an amazing product. I received free delivery and free installation from a third party. Then Best Buy decided this was too good to provide. Best Buy decided to change the service where I was no longer receiving free installation at home.

I’m really impressed with how fantastic this speaker is! It’s even better than the Logitech one I tried, which costs a bit more and looks similar. This one not only looks nicer but also sounds amazing!
